This rare Alfa Romeo coupé is a Swiss delivery and was first registered on 25th October 1972. Probably in the early 1980s the front seats were recovered with black goat leather and the Montreal was repainted in “marrone metallizzato”. In October 1986 the Alfa was de-registered and integrated into the collection of a garage owner. Some years later he decided to park and conserve the car -which by then had covered 106’000 kilometres- on his premises. In 2020 finally, the Montreal was freed from his garage and carefully returned to operational status with all liquid's replaced, brake lines renewed, the fuel tank flushed, and new spark plugs installed. Unfortunately, time had left some corrosion on the coachwork, and it was decided to have it restored. During the work the original colour reappeared, and the Montreal received a complete paint job in AR 601 orange. Now the Alfa Romeo presents itself in new splendour with the interior showing age correct signs of use. Engine and gearbox are working faultlessly. The last MOT was completed in May 1986, but for Swiss buyers the car will be freshly MOT’d as a matter of course.
