Has there ever been a better starter classic than an MGB? We don't think so! This example, one of the much sought-after first series with the pull handle doors, is a Swiss delivery and was first registered on the 1st August 1963. The absolutely gorgeous roadster spent many years of his life in sunny Ticino before it was brought to the Bernese Lake area around six years ago. In 2019 the MG was taken over by its last owner and used for summer outings along the three idyllic lakes. Over the last six years, among other things, the brakes, the clutch, the radiator, the tyres and the wheel bearings were replaced - receipts for around 25'000 Swiss francs are available. The charming little Brit was probably repainted a few years ago, whilst the interior still presents itself in its original shape with a lovely patina. The state of care as well as the documentation available would indicate the 3’500 kilometres on the odometer to correspond with a total mileage of 103’500 kilometres. In very good condition, and having a Veteran MOT from June 2019, this great MG is ready to thrill a new owner in the coming summer months.
