Of the 2’407 MG VAs built, only 591 examples were completed with the DHC coachwork by Tickford. Weather it‘s shown with the top closed or as a Landaulette with the soft top opened above the front seats or with the top completely folded, the little Brit always provides a most elegant entry, emphasised by its elegant 2 tone blue paint work. The MG, with its first registration in April 1938, was imported into Switzerland many years ago and towards the end of the 1980s it was extensively restored. A large number of photos serves to document the 2’500 hours involved in the restoration. In 2019 the car was taken over by the vendor and has seen enthusiastic use in the summer months. The rare VA is in very good condition and is running faultlessly. The last veteran MOT was completed in July 2018.
